Concierge Officer
Ananda Development Public Company Limited- Contact, welcome, coordinate, clarify, and facilitate, as well as respond to inquiries and issues related to the juristic person for co-owners/tenants and visitors.
- Promote correct understanding and maintain good relationships, as well as build a good reputation and image, which will lead to support and cooperation from internal and external personnel.
- Publicize and announce various information to foster good understanding between the project/building management and co-owners/tenants and visitors.
- Answer phone calls / organize the bulletin board.
- Handle postal work and various document deliveries.
- Type and prepare documents as assigned.
- File documents related to public relations in accordance with quality control systems.
- Receive and record repair issues reported by co-owners or tenants for building administrators, technicians, or relevant departments to address.
- Survey, collect, and listen to feedback, and handle complaints from co-owners/tenants and visitors.
- Receive requests for services from co-owners/tenants and visitors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and perform other assigned tasks.
Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, copiers).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
