- Oversee the execution of surveys from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales) to identify key survey objectives.
- Analyze survey results quantitatively using statistical software or tools to uncover key insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining key findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Present survey results to management highlighting the business implications.
- Stay updated with market research trends and tools to optimize survey strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to apply consumer insights to drive business growth
- Education: Master’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consumer research, survey management, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in survey software and data analysis tools (SPSS)
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Analytical Thinking : Excellent analytical skills to interpret and visualize data trends.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills to handle multiple surveys and deadlines simultaneously.
