Human Resources Manager
VIKING Life-Saving Equipment (Thailand) Ltd.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all regulations.
- Maintain and improve Company Regulations and HR policies and ensure these are up-dated and applied consistently.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems and processes in SAP.
- Providing counselling and guidance for the employees when necessary.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Handling personal files including training records for all staff.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Good communication in English is required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of SAP will be beneficial.
- Maintain good interpersonal relations and be service minded.
