8. Control and supervise the department's KPIs to meet the set goals.

3. Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher. in the Faculty of Engineering Department of Mechanical Engineering industrial engineering electrical engineering or related fields.

4. At least 10 years of experience as a production supervisor.

5. Have knowledge of machinery systems in production and able to solve production problems.

6. Able to use computer programs and have skills in presenting solutions to production problems.

7. Have systematic thinking in analyzing and finding solutions to production problems.
