- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Real Estate or any related field
- Knowledge in Property valuation or Real Estate is an advantage
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experiences in property analysis, research or consultancy would be advantage
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency about Computer skill ( Microsoft Office) if can be able to operate Power point, AutoCAD, Google , Sketch Up would be advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and service minded
