Sales Consultant
DHA Siamwalla Limited.- Sales Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile. Approximately 60% of your work will focus on finding new opportunities, particularly connecting with CEOs and Managing Directors who are the decision-makers for culture-oriented solutions. Use both online and offline channels to build meaningful relationships and expand our network.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospects to understand their challenges, pain points, and business goals, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Lead compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our platform. Customize presentations to address the unique needs of each prospect.
- Objection Handling: Address and overcome objections by thoroughly understanding prospect concerns and collaboratively developing strategies to help them achieve their goals with our platform.
- Relationship Building: Connect and build relationships with high empathy and self-awareness. Ensure that every interaction is valuable for both parties, with the other person gaining as much or more from the conversation as you do.
- Deal Closure: Own the sales target, manage the negotiation process, and drive deals to close, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
- Self-Management: We care about results. Being self-motivated to manage your own sales pipeline and own your sales numbers will be key to your success at Happily.ai.
- Account Management: After closing deals, maintain relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities and secure renewals.
- Market Feedback: Gather and communicate feedback from prospects and clients to the product and marketing teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform and sales strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and performance.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High empathy and self-awareness in interactions.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own sales pipeline effectively.
