Sales Supervisor (Jewelry)
DHA Siamwalla Limited.- Welcome and assist customers, providing guidance on the company’s products across in-store, phone, and email channels to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage a customer database, including insights into preferences and favored jewelry styles, to enable effective targeted product recommendations.
- Support and guide the sales team, inspiring them to achieve company sales goals and deliver exceptional after-sales service.
- Uphold and enhance the company’s service standards to ensure customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including receiving, disbursing, and auditing stock inventory, as well as managing promotional materials such as catalogs and jewelry boxes.
- Develop and present operational plans to drive sales, analyze business data, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Female, aged 25 years or older.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing jewelry stores and sales teams.
- Passionate about customer service, committed to providing the best experiences for customers.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both customers and team members, along with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with high service standards and the ability to consistently maintain service excellence throughout all processes.
