- Coordinate and manage transportation services for employees, including shuttle schedules.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office equipment, particularly copiers and printers.
- Responsible for overseeing employee transportation services,managing office equipment (including copiers)
- Responsible for company fleet card, Exceptional transportation arrangements for clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers for regular deliveries and monitor usage to maintain stock levels.
- Oversee the maintenance and supplies of the first aid room, ensuring it is well-stocked and compliant with SOP/WI
- Generate regular reports on transportation usage and first aid room activities for management review.
- Assist the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as company activities and social gatherings.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative functions, human resources, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective English communication: writing, reading, and speaking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Can-Do Attitude: Open to learning, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.
