1. วิเคราะห์ Case ที่ส่งผลกระทบกับลูกค้าในการเข้ามาใช้บริการในร้านสาขา ส่งข้อมูลให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหา และกำหนดเป็นกระบวนการพร้อมนำเสนอในที่ประชุม
2. วิเคราะห์และ Alert ข้อมูลในส่วนของ Call Promotion และ Call คุณภาพให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อหาแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาซ้ำในอนาคต
3. เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในคณะทำงานโครงการ Friendly Service โดยทำหน้าที่ในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลที่วิเคราะห์ปัญหาจาก Call ลูกค้าร้องเรียนการบริการในรูปแบบของ Pareto พร้อมนำเสนอในที่ประชุมเพื่อร่วมกันหาแนวทางป้องกันแก้ไข
4. สรุป Report รายงานต่างๆ ประจำ สัปดาห์, เดือน, ปี ก่อนเสนอให้ผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สรุปข้อมูลประจำเดือน VOE และ VOC Case, สรุปเหตุการ์ณพิเศษประจำสัปดาห์, สรุปข้อมูลความปลอดภัย O3, Call โปรโมชั่น, Call คุณภาพ เป็นต้น
5. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของทีม Call Service ในเรื่องของการลงข้อมูล Call และ Forecast Call ประจำปี เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปกำหนดกำลังคนทีม Call Service ประจำปี ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด
