- Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.
- Plan the process for recruiting talented personnel. This includes posting jobs on social media channels, websites, job boards, etc.
- Proactively establish and manage candidate pools to keep qualified individuals engaged for current and future opportunities.
- Carry out background screening Preliminary interview, Interview call, interview appointment and evaluate according to relevant work criteria within the specified period.
- Prepare offer of employement recommendation and obtain approval from authorized signatory.
- Manage end to end candidate hiring processes & candidate pipelines to ensure a positive candidate’s experience and ensuring smooth onboarding process.
- Keep records of all documents used in recruiting personnel. Including interview notes Employee history files and related documents.
- Analyze and present data to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process to source qualified applicants and prepare recruitment summary reports.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and consistent with policies and procedures.
- Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
- Responsible and initiate company activities to build relationship.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Political Science, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Law or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience recruiting personnel in the manufacturing industry will be given special consideration.
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and operations and Knowledge of Labour laws.
- Independent, high responsible, service minded, work well under pressure and timeline constraint, think out of the box and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player and High energetic person.
- Good Command of spoken and written in English/Thai.
- Good Proficiency in Computer Skills.
- Can work at Factory located in Omyai, Sampran, Nakornprathom (6 days/Week )
