Basic Requirements

Full Time

5 - 10 Year

Bangkok and its Vicinity

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

60,000 - 80,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Determine and develop company marketing strategy.
Create and find potential customers with team member. (BD 70%, Existing 30%)
Expand the customer base to maximize sales revenue, develop strategic sales plans and customer satisfaction.
Introduce company service to customers, visit customer every week by company car, driver provided.
Analyse the competition to create a plan for engagement.
Keep regular contact with customers for their requirements.
Provide after-sales service, the client's deal with the problem, given the perfect solution.
Estimate cost and selling, negotiate cost with customers.
Other task might be assigned.
Manage and control budget.
Overlook full operation from sales, marketing, stock, and after sales service/CRM.

Requirements

Age 35-42 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business marketing or related field
Have working experience at least 10 years about Sales and Marketing from Automotive and any manufacturing industry
Have management experience at least 3 years as Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager
Conversational middle level of English
Able to use MS Office
Have driving license
Able to start working immediately is preferable
Fleet sales experience in government/military will be key criteria.
