- Present, promote and sell products and services using strong communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Engineering or related fields
- At least of 1 - 3 years of working experience in Sales
- Experience selling IT products such as hardware, software
Work location : Pinthong industrial estate 2, Chonburi
Working hour : Monday-Friday (08.00-17.00)
