- Reporting directly to Production Manager, supervising on-shift operators (Machining and/or Inspection sections)
- Planning tasks and manpower to hit the production targets
- Controlling section KPIs
- Coordinating with related sections to meet job requirements
- 3-5 years' experience as a supervisor in manufacturing field is preferable
- Working on shift
- Preferable supervision including planning skills
- Good communication, collaboration, and computer application
- 12 – 15 days of Annual Leave
- 5 routes of Transportation Support (Air-conditioned coaches)

- Operation employees work 7 hours per day, OT 3.5 hr./day
