Brief description of duties:
- Monitor yield performance that concern to machine dispenser on all ACA customer (SGWD/HGST)
- Creat & optimization dispensing program both NPI phase & Mass volume build
- Support new epoxy material qualification & new dispenser technology for improve the yield
- Bonding line UPH & & cycle time weekly review for the bottle neck
- Follow up job function as Engineering assignments
- Oven curing profile checking by shiftily basic to support cover for all customer (SG/WD& HGST)
- Follow up oven & Bonding line capacity improvements
1. Education: High Vocational Certificate
2. Sex: Male Female
3. Age: 22-35 Year old
4. Experience: Good experience for Dispensing program
