- Create and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA
- Launch new models and optimize SMT process yield.
- Specify equipment and process requirements for NPI build processes and Development.
- Perform process development and validation on new models (NPI) in extremely aggressive timelines.
- Lead efforts to uncover root-cause and develop a permanent resolution on issues found during pre-production.
- Ensure the successful transition of products from development to volume production.
- Prepare process engineering documents like
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
2. Gender: Male/Female
3. Age: 25-45 years
4. Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in SMT or PCBA process manufacturing engineering.
- Have experience in SMT, wave soldering and conformal coating.
- Understand English or Chinese.
- Having automotive product experience is plus.
- 12 – 15 days of Annual Leave
