Job Description:The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for defining and executing strategies for sales and marketing to achieve the organization’s business goals. Scope of Work (SOW):
1. Sales and Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s short- and long-term objectives.
- Analyze markets and competitors to create competitive strategies and increase market share.
2. Team Management:
- Supervise and guide sales and marketing teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and develop team skills to prepare them for business challenges.
3. Budget Management:
- Plan and manage the department’s budget to align with business objectives and maximize resource efficiency.
- Monitor and control expenses related to sales and marketing activities.
4. Brand Building and Promotion:
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to increase brand awareness and preference in target markets.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns consistent with the brand's image and goals.
5. Market Expansion and Networking:
- Strategize and execute expansion into new markets, both domestic and international, to grow customer base and revenue.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners to create new business opportunities.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales and marketing data to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
