Admission Manager
โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตThe Admission Manager has the primary role of overseeing the admission team to ensure a quality of service that meets the needs of an ever changing clientele. As a front of house department the admissions team is responsible for showcasing the values and mission of SBS to each and every visitor. The role encompasses point to point admissions process, leading of recruitment initiatives and welcome days, and promotion of school events through various social media platforms and the website.
Role & Responsibilities:
Mission & Goals
- Promote SBS’s Mission and Values to all visitors
- Support effective communication of SBS educational programmes to the widest community base
- To ensure KPI targets for the admissions team are achieved on an annual basis
Administration
- Ensure all necessary enrollment documentation is completed and stored properly
- Keep up to date records of student numbers, enrollment trends, engagement methods of prospective families with SBS, creation of social media content, and tracking of attendance at welcome day/ open house/ student showcase and other community events
- Communicate regularly with all agents, corporate partners to ensure all promotions are informed
- Compile weekly report for presentation to school leaders (Admissions Meeting)
- Keep up to date records on competitor schools, including new schools in our catchment area
- Track and record engagement of the public on google ads, social media posts
Communication
- Lead the admissions team and ensure all expectations are communicated effectively
- Ensure the front of house admissions team engage with the public in a courteous and professional manner that reflects the values of SBS
- Ensure all emails to info@sbs are monitored and responded to effectively and in a timely manner
- Communicate regularly with corporate partners and agents, including hosting on campus events, to ensure they are kept aware of school promotions and camps/ programme developments
- Oversee the creation and posting of social media content, school event promotions
- Work with Arthit Ourairat Institution marketing team to promote the organisation across all media and promotion channels, including educational fairs and exhibitions
- Work with Principals to create promotional content for social media
Enrollments
- Coordinate with academic team to organise enrolment boosting events such as welcome days’ open house, and student showcase
- Motivate admissions team in achieving monthly and years KPI targets
- Develop initiatives for additional events to boost enrollment numbers
- Thai Nationality is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, English major, Bilingual Course Chinese-English or related fields
- Fluent in English and Sales, Marketing qualifications
- Sales background is required. At least 3 years experience in sales manager, online platform, etc.
- Excellent management skills and working with executives
- Experience working in school will be highly considered
- Working hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 16.30 hrs. and twice Saturday per year (for school events, Open House, Charity Runs, etc.)
