Application Engineer

• Develop one’s knowledge to be an expertise in assigned products by studying assigned company products including existing and new product in deep technical details to be able to select proper product to meet customer’s requirement.

• Gain comprehensive understanding in B2B quoting/inquiring procedure to ensure smoothness in every process beginning with determining each cost to properly lower each production cost, planning the shortest possible lead time in order to compete against other competitors in the same field and indirectly cooperating between department to lead the process until the product is delivered to customer.

• Preparing documents by using by oneself, including quotation document, internal order document, purchase order by ensuring its accuracy before delivery to supervisor, sales team for approval.

• Contact both overseas and domestic vendors/ suppliers to purchase equipment, parts, materials also, clarify the specification of the product in order to compare pricing and performance of each vendors/ suppliers. Also, negotiate prices with vendors/ suppliers to validate the best deals to gain higher margin.

• Prepare supporting documents such as Catalogues, IOM manuals, and other sales related documents as requested by sales.

• Assisting sales team to achieve the annual sales target by supporting documentation, closing the deals, and generating quality quotation.

• Complying with the order as assigned by Supervisor/ Manger.
