Receptionist
Lebua Hotels & Resorts- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Answer telephone calls, direct them appropriately, and handle reservation requests.
- Process payments, including cash, credit card transactions, and billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Perform additional administrative tasks, such as managing bookings or maintaining reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Must be 35 years old or below.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
