Sales & Commercial:
- Assist other Regional business Units (RBU) on Cost sheet evaluation with Commercial Manager.
- Identify current project costs to determine best quote price to Maintain profit margin.
- Advise sales Department on tender budgets to stay competitive within the market.
- Detect issues, analyze Cost reports, and Manage value.
- Assist in evaluate risk during tendering and implement tools to reduce risk involved.
Administration:
- Maintain tender files in accordance to company procedures.
Specific Additional Duties:
- Actively participate in adherence to and improvement of the Company’s Business Management System on QHSE related issues.
Principal Working Relationships:
- Support to the Commercial Manager on the evaluated risks during project tendering.
- Support the project team and sales team with project requirements.
- Other duties as assigned
Sometimes visit outside by company car or personal car
