• Develop and establish new network agents to broaden our market reach and foster business expansion.
•Achieve and maintain a profit margin of three times the base salary.
• Monitor and manage all shipment activities and communications to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Collect and evaluate customer feedback to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct client visits as needed to cultivate strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
.Travel internationally for conventions and client meetings to support business development initiatives.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 a.m. – 05:30 p.m.
-Age/Gender: Open to all genders, aged 22-35.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
-Technical Skills: Familiarity with email platforms such as Outlook is advantageous.
-Experience: Experience in freight forwarding is a plus, but not mandatory. A strong passion for sales and business development is essential.
-Sales Drive: Demonstrated enthusiasm for pursuing new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
