Senior Quality Assurance (Pet Product Testing)

POSITION:       Pet Product Performance Technologist

LOCATION:     Pakchong, Nakhon Ratchasima  

JOB TYPE:      Permanent

SALARY RANGE: 40,000 - 90,000 baht

Responsibilities:

• To manage and execute Controlled In home panel testing by Co-ordinating with test owner to schedule, deliver &prepare test sample for in-home palatability test and recommend on appropriated testing methodology for each test.
• Analysis and report palatability feeding test result via global feeding analysis toolkit to project owner which is on time and accurate.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis in case there are any conflicts in test results.
• To Ensure feeding sample co-packing is compliant with GMP and staffs follow work instruction to ensure good quality safety of product sample for controlled in-home panel and market research.
• Ensuring fieldwork staff working by arranging a necessary training and having an audit program to ensure that staff fully understand and follow work instruction to align with GMP and Global Feeding methodology standard.
• Implement staff performance measurement by having regular measuring and feedback to staff in order to develop each staff to meet target performance as required.
• Responsible to conduct Mars Product Performance Program (MPPS) as aligned plan.
• Maintain Controlled in-home Panel and ensure panel is compliant with Global Feeding Methodology on pet, pet owners, product and test methodology to get a reliable result.
• Closely monitor Controlled In-home panel spending base on testing and panel management with regular update to ensure that the spending is within planned budget.
• Support any consumer research sample repacking/stickering.

• At least Bachelor’s degree in any field, Science/ Animal science is preferred.
• Experience in Marketing research or Quality Assurance Supervisor would be advantage.
• Knowledge/Experience 2-3 years’ experience in supervising others.
• Basic statistical knowledge is required.
• Good management on document and data handling.
• Microsoft office skill (Advance Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoints and Data management tool, statistics) is a must.
• Influent on English communication.
• Having an audit experience would be advantage.
