- Keep relationship with current customer and find opportunity to have new customer.
- Receive customer requirement and transfer complete information to the operation teams
- Coordinate and communicate for mutual understanding between customers and the operation teams.
- The overall status tracking of each service and customer reporting is consistent with actual shop floor results.
- Issue quotations, Follow up POs, Placing Invoices.
- Input tracking sales status.
- Communicate with oversea customer via email, social apps(LINE WECHAT WHATAPPS) and phone.
