• Prepares and posts all approved requisitions, including working with external vendors to create and place advertisements
• Conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Initiates a very extensive internal network and are considered by the business as an invaluable asset in recruitment related issues
• Collaborates with the hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure an efficient, compliant recruitment process
• Participates in career events and program as required, university job fairs and private job fairs
• Manages recruitment channels on behalf of the company independently and effectively.
• Prepare and update vacancy report weekly and monthly
• Prepare related reports to monitor recruitment status upon assignment project
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
• Response for hiring process such as checking the completeness of documents, prepare employment contract and complete probation
• Project assignment or Initiate project to improve recruitment flow.
