Job Summary: The Finance Specialist (Budgeting) will be responsible for managing the organization’s budgeting processes. This role ensures sufficient liquidity, optimizes cash utilization, and prepares comprehensive financial reports and forecasts.

- Prepare and consolidate budgets, and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to forecast future cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow reports for Executives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L Statement, Cash Flow Statement) for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure knowledge and application of TFRS (Thai Financial Reporting Standards).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management or budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of TFRS (Thai Financial Reporting Standards) is essential.

Advanced Info Service PLC. (BP2)Over the course of 31 years of providing telecommunication infrastructure to Thai society, starting in 1990 under collaborative contract or concessionaires, AIS was granted the right to utilize state frequencies under the 25-year Built-Transfer-Operate (BTO) agreement.
