- Plan and follow up schedule new product.
- Summary report and status to customer.
- Manage and control the work of the engineering department. To be in accordance with the policies and goals set by the company.
- Supervise, control and participate in determining the operational guidelines of the agency. To be in accordance with the standard system Quality system and various requirement of the company and customers.
- Manage and supervise employees to comply with company regulations.
- Coordinate between agencies and other agencies to achieve common goals.
- Other task assigned.
- Experience 10 years of engineering manager of production.
- Bachelor's degree or higher Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic or other related fields.
- Experience about product development 10 years or more.
- Have skill in managenemt, analysis, problem solving and decision making.
- Have leadership and skills in managing and developing teams.
- Have the ability to plan, follow up on work, and make decisions systematically.
- Have a positive attitude towards work and good human relations with co-workers.
- Able to communicate in English well.
