Job Description
- Responsible for management, maintenance of server/virtual machine and cloud environment.
- Deliver IT service compliance to budget, quality standards and business requirements.
- Study IT future trends and apply to business requirement appropriately.
- 2nd tier technical support to resolve issues and root cause identified.
- Support new implement IT project [technical consultant and document].
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to implement and maintain IT solution.
- Create and maintain document relates to Infrastructure and configurations.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer science, Software engineer.
- Having 0-3 years of experience in server and storage system maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of server, storage, virtual technology, cloud service.
- Basic knowledge of Network system, infrastructure, and security.
- Good command of listening, writing and speaking English.
- Good personality, human relations, and communications, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, troubleshoot and resolve.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management is advantage.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud service is advantage.
