“Retail Business Development”
- At least 3 years of experience in this field
- Find and contact rental spaces in Bangkok and Thailand
-Develop ideas on expanding business
- Able to negotiate contract terms
- Build good relationship with retail manager
- Committed to achieve business KPIs agreed with sales, CRM and client experience for the growth targets by month, quarter and year. Forecast future sales trends.
- Work with Retail Manager to define and manage commission/incentive schemes to ensure it is motivating and relevant, and achieve effective payout vs sales. Constantly seek to improve the productivity of sales team.
- Ensure all operational procedures and policies regarding sales, returns, transfers, stock adjustments are followed.
- Have a solid understanding of Retail business. Monitor and follow up on the competition and trends.
- Provide constant feedback and reporting to corporate functions in order to influence strategies and recommendations.
