- Contact and manage clients of affiliated companies to provide real estate services.
- Handle land registration and legal transactions, such as buying, selling, renting, etc.
- Manage land surveying tasks, such as boundary surveys, subdivision, and land boundary checks.
- Handle property rights protection, such as negotiating with trespassers.
- Contact government agencies and coordinate with various agencies related to real estate.
- Maintain a real estate database.
- Provide consultation and advice on real estate-related issues.
- Supervise and manage outsourced work, such as land surveying, registration, and real estate legal matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience in real estate, real estate law, surveying, and land registration.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, such as land registration and legal transactions and land surveying.
- Proficient in map-related software programs, such as Timble, Google Earth, and Qgis.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in different provinces.
