Purchasing Division Manager

Job Description 

• Oversee purchasing system both of direct, in-direct material since sourcing until stock management. 
• Sourcing vendors/products with competitive prices, while maintaining better or comparable quality and services.
• Lead the development and execution of effective purchasing strategies.
• Effective the procurement management.
• Manage and make forecast purchasing pricing and amount, budget control and analysis and cost down activity.
  
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with selected vendors. Build strong relationships with them and evaluate their performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Set cost reduction target and action plan and follow up the result in order to achieve the target.
• Verify and authorize procurement orders. Ensure products/services to be ordered/received are in accordance with the user requirements and within a reasonable budget.
• Coach and monitor the purchasing team to align with policy, process and procedure of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of Purchasing experience within the Manufacturing Business. (Automotive Business is an advantage) 
• At least 2 years of Assistant Manager or Manager Level.
• Having excellent analytical , strategic thinking skills and problem solving skill.
• Strong negotiation & collaboration skills and continuously looking for commercial opportunities.
• Good English both of writing and specking in business communication. (TOEIC 550 Score is an advantage)
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP / SAP and Microsoft Offices.

Working day : Monday - Friday

Working Time : 08.00 - 17.00
