- Oversee and manage all financial activities related to the company's import business, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze foreign exchange rates to optimize currency transactions and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure efficiency in capital management and operational expenses.
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders for financial transactions and investment activities.
- Coordinate and manage documentation related to financial reporting and compliance, particularly in preparation for IPO submission.
- Work closely with auditors, legal teams, and financial advisors to ensure regulatory and legal compliance in financial operations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal financial policies, controls, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial planning, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments that may impact business operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an import/export or international trade business.
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and financial risk management.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and documentation for IPO submission is a strong advantage.
