Sales Executive - Automotive Direct (Upcountry-Upper Northeasthern)

- Develop Sales Plan and retain customers to achieve or over the target
- Follow company sales condition, sales agreement and follow up on collection
- Find new prospect and increase customer base in area
- Provide good level of services to customer (CRM) with digital tools (SALSA).
- Manage distributors to be in line with DMS+.
- Timely collection of payment on due date
- Obtain marketing information of competitors and feedback to marketing team
- Use best effort to achieve its target on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Develop customer to be growing sales mindset and good payment.
- Provide good services to customer and trust the leader
- Sales on Company’s Sales condition and timely collection A/R
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or any related field.
- At least 2 years Sales experience in Indirect Sales Channel, , Car Care and/or Spare part respectively.
- Background or customer connections in assigned Upcountry area is preferable.
- Result-oriented, strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Able to work under pressure and problem solving skills
- Positive thinking and polite to customer
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Fair in English communication
- Valid driving license is required and own car that comply with TotalEnergies Light Vehicle Policy.
- Knowledge or general background in HSE rules / practices, basic first aid, firefighting, defensive driving is preferable.
- Able to work in upcountry - Northeasthern Area
