Senior Network Engineer

- Perform on-site work at client locations in the Lat Krabang-Suvarnabhumi area.
- Supervise, manage, and provide guidance for the work of the team members.
- Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team..
- Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
- Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.
- Provide advanced support for network and communication systems.
- Conduct corrective maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with experts to resolve complex system issues.
- Ensure all equipment operates within the specified SLA parameters.
- Manage maintenance service agreements and coordinate with vendors for equipment service and warranty claims.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
