Logistic & Demand Planning Associate

- Supervise and control stock counting, packaging, and assets to ensure accuracy and completeness per accounting standards.
- Monitor and oversee daily receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the delivery process efficiently and effectively according to the plan.
- Plan and supervise the delivery team to ensure timely delivery to customers as scheduled.
- Coordinate with the sales team on customer management and satisfaction.
- Oversee product delivery and services to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and verify daily reports on water inventory in warehouses.
- Plan efficient delivery routes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in demand forecasting and planning.
- At least 3 years of experience in defining delivery areas and planning delivery routes for the distribution team.
- Knowledge of Sales and Operation Planning.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management, Route Optimization, and Demand Forecasting.
- Familiarity with Bangkok and surrounding area routes.
- Willingness to travel to warehouses, factories, or assigned locations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
