QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education and experience
Option 1:
Normal requirement:
Education: A university degree in Design, Advertising, Mass Communications, or local equivalent is required.
Experience: Three years of experience is required in digital marketing, advertising, or mass communications, including design or multimedia content creation. Must have experience as an advanced end user of industry standard desktop and mobile software applications.
Option 2:
Substitution of Experience for Education:
Education: Completion 2 years of full-time study at college or university is required.
Experience: Five years of experience is required in digital marketing, advertising, or mass communications, including design or multimedia content creation. Must have experience as an advanced end user of industry standard desktop and mobile software applications.
(3) Language: (This may be tested) Fluent of English and Thai (speaking/reading/writing) is required.
• Please clarify level of your THAI and ENGLISH language skills.
• You are required to pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office or submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 855 with your application.
(4) Skills: (This will be tested)
• Proficiency in digital production tools such as Canva, Capcut, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere
• Experience creating multimedia content and managing video production.
• Strong visual/graphic design skills.
• Expertise in post-production tasks, including editing.
• Strong concept writing, storyboarding, planning, and creative thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to direct people on camera.
• Must have excellent visual storytelling, written, and oral communication skills to create and adapt visual, audio, and printed material for dissemination in English and Thai.
(5) Knowledge: (This will be tested)
• Understanding of visual and multimedia content creation.
• Experience in researching and analyzing current digital trends.
• Knowledge of using of images, graphics, video, and audio to influence and engage audiences.
