Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to develop engaging and visually appealing content, videos & short videos for various official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Line Official to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
Lead, plan content strategy, create and maintain monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing goals and product launches and ensure content creation follows brand identity and objectives.
Strategize and develop new ideas with creativity to highly engage content and campaigns, and to grow social media audiences.
Keep up with the latest social media trends; news, memes and controversial topic, to bring the new initiatives to our platforms and also stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Explore the new functions of the platforms and propose new engagement videos accordingly.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns or always on content by monthly.
Responsible for online communication activity and implement livestream, script and sequence.
Responsible for email marketing to contact customers that are related with marketing activity.
Operation tasks; coordinate with related internal departments, external or HQ to complete tasks.
Other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or any fields.
1 year of work experience in managing social media platforms and content creation is preferred or new fresh graduate is welcome.
Able to communicate in English and if Chinese is prefer (Speak/Written).
Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms.
Knowledge in using Canva, Capcut or related tools for content creation is an advantage
Creativity is a must. Excellent written skills for creating engaging social media copy
Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms and Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
Detailed-oriented and a creative problem solver.
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and flexible person with "CAN DO" attitude.
Have good communication and coordination skills, pay attention to details of all assignment
Excellence skills in computer literacy; MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
