Supply planning Officer

- Works closely with sales and marketing teams to produce forecasts to estimate the future demand.

- Collaborate with supply planning team to provide forecasts and allocation stock data.

- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

- Lead S & OP meeting (Sales and Operations planning).

- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

- Communicate forecast and inventory estimations with sales and marketing teams.

- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

- effective  demand - related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree or Master's  in business, supply chain or other relevant fields. 

· A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning / forecasting role.

· Understand inventory management practices and procedures.

· Proficiency in MS office (Excel formulas) and SAP.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Capability to multitask in a fast - paced environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
