Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IT teams.
2. Solution Design & Documentation:
- Develop clear, concise business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design appropriate IT solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and technology strategies.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate communication and meetings to ensure alignment across all project stages.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates and managing scope changes.
4.Project Management & Coordination:
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements.
- Manage the transition from project implementation to ongoing support and maintenance.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends or patterns.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into business performance.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
6. Change Management & Training:
- Support the adoption of new systems by providing training and documentation to end-users.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge bases.
- Work with change management teams to ensure a smooth transition of new processes and tools.
7. Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and the use of technology to streamline operations.
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes and make further adjustments as needed.
8. Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify potential risks in IT solutions and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that IT solutions comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Perform system audits and document control processes.
