- Lead the monitoring and evaluation of the company’s investment portfolio performance across foreign equities and domestic fixed-income instruments.
- Oversee the research and analysis of new foreign investment opportunities, focusing on a strategic and measured approach.
- Conduct thorough assessments of domestic fixed-income securities, ensuring quick, sharp decision-making in line with market conditions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive investment documents and recommendations to the Investment Committee for approval.
- Provide detailed reports on investment activities, returns, and portfolio composition to the Investment Committee.
- Stay informed about global economic trends and market conditions, offering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior investment team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the investment leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity analysis (especially foreign equities) and domestic fixed-income analysis, with a track record of leadership.
- Proven experience in managing investments with a balanced, methodical approach for foreign equities and a sharp, quick decision-making style for domestic fixed income.
- Age over 30 is preferred, reflecting the need for maturity and measured reasoning in managing foreign equity portfolios.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with investment systems, especially Bloomberg, is highly desirable.
