Product Marketing Manager
บริษัท อีเลคทรอนิคส์ ซอร์ซ จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่)- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company revenue growth and product/supplier targets.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with assigned suppliers, including negotiating pricing, lead times, and revenue targets. Prepare and attend QBR meetings and supplier conferences.
- Revenue & Profit Growth: Review and negotiate yearly POP/POS and DIN/DWIN targets. Analyze sales RFQs and provide competitive quotations to support revenue and profit growth.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supplier reports to track performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Training & Development: Develop and manage product training sessions and updates for the internal sales team to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering (MBA will be advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience as corporate sales or marketing in same industry (Electronics)
- Experience with electronics MCU & Power ICs application
- Used to work in management positions or supervisors for around 5 years
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Well self-management and able to completing tasks independently
- Fluent in speaking English (advantage)
