Executive Assistant

- Meeting Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for executive and management meetings by handling logistics, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Communication and Liaison: Act as the CEO’s representative for internal and external inquiries, using sound judgment to prioritize and respond effectively.
- Project Management: Lead special projects that contribute to the organization’s growth by managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion.
- Data Analysis and Presentation: Collect and analyze data, creating visually engaging presentations with tools like Canva to communicate strategic insights effectively.
- Executive Dashboards: Summarize and maintain dashboards to provide real-time updates on key performance indicators and organizational metrics for the CEO.
- Event and Visitor Management: Welcome guests, coordinate event logistics, and create a professional, welcoming environment aligned with company values.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle additional projects and tasks to support the CEO and further organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years in an Executive Assistant role, with significant experience supporting C-level executives in high-energy, fast-paced settings.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a preferred TOEIC score of at least 750 or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using Canva for creating high-quality presentations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
