- Set strategic plans, product specification team
- Follow up and help the team, solve problems in the work that is responsible, report the team's performance
- Visit customers, project owners, designers
- Evaluate and analyze the market competition situation
- Propose methods / activities that are beneficial to the work and manage the budget
- Participate in activities with customers to build relationships and work opportunities
- Introduce the company and products to be known in the design community
- Build good relationships with customers, designers, project owners
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 30 - 40 years old
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Marketing or related fields
- Work experience: 5 years or more in marketing, product introduction, product specification, contacting designers and project owners, team management 2 years or more
- Required skills: Manage a responsible team, present plans, strategies and report results, be able to recommend and share work experiences with the team for use in their work, have connections in the construction industry, have basic knowledge of marketing
