- 3 to 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Knowledge and experience with internal control documentation in MNC.
- Excellent communication skill is a must to communicate with other sites in the region or headquarter.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.
- Possess a positive attitude, interpersonal communication skills, independent, and a team player.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
