1. Direct liaison between product manager(s), sales teams, manufacturers, suppliers, customers, logistics, service, accounting and the General Manager as it relates to projects
2. Liaise with Production Centers to ensure that all requirements are clearly understood, adhered to or taken exception to.
3. Preparation of project quotations and proposals in a professional manner while ensuring companywide consistency and uniformity
4. Development and implementation of project quote tools to increase efficiency and uniformity while improving worldwide communication on international projects
5. Excellent understanding of the terms and condition requirements for consultants while ensuring that the Company’s commercial risk is minimized
6. Assist and oversee the execution of projects and engineered solutions to ensure that all commitments are met, including technical and delivery commitments
7. Understand the requirements for nuclear level instrumentation licensing and assist clients with obtaining the proper documentation and approvals on an international level.
8. Understand the requirements for the Company’s strategic focus industries including materials, product testing, certification, validation and documentation
9. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
10. Coordinate with all managers relate to budgetary of project & solution business and plan for activities to support sales team by the result as needed
11. Develop competency of project team for technical know-how to support execution for solution project
12. Any other project duties as assigned
Qualification
- Graduated - Bachelor Engineering of Instrumentation, Control & Instrument 5 years and 7 Years related experiences
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project, Auto-cad, SAP.
- Have an Electrical Engineering License in Thailand.
- Have a good understanding of general process operations (e.g. recognize limitations of technologies, recognize competitive limitations, and recognize potential problems at project process).
- Recognize sales opportunities beyond what the customer called you out for.
- Ability to design automation system based on bus network technology (e.g. Modbus, HART etc.)
- Ability to be persistent and determined to run project process as customer’s requirement.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers
- Ability to recognize key decision makers within a customer’s organization.
- Good command writing & communicate in English
