Business Development Manager (Advance Analyzers)

1. Technical-commercial activities required to develop and grow the company position in Advance Analyzer market
2. Deliver agreed business target for Advance Analyzer products, Systems and services.
3. Follow up, development and implement business / sales plan to drive sales growth in assign industry segment with sales team.
4. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholders.
5. Drive Sales Channel and develop activities such as joint customer visits, technical presentations
6. Train and develops local team members and Sales Channel on products / applications competency on Advance Analyzer products, systems and services
Functional Responsibility;
1. Support to grow sales of Advance Analyzer
2. Align business direction on strategies, policy, growth with Regional and Corporate.
3. Develop and Manage Sales Channel.
4. Develop technical and marketing knowledge for sales team
5. Coordinate with Production center to transfer technical competency to local engineer
6. Report business performance to Country Sales Manager
7. Develop marketing activities with Marketing Manager
8. Develop Business plan, Strategic plan and Sales growth in Life Science Industry and Laboratory marker segment.
1. Graduated Bachelor of Engineering (Instrumentation/ Electronics/Electrical/Chemical) or Science, MBA is a plus.
2. Work experience at least 5 Years (minimum) in analytics instrumentation, 3 years' minimum experience in business development, product marketing and development of key accounts and Sales Channels is a plus
3. Experience with continuous some or all UV, IR, gas chromatography, paramagnetic, NDIR,FTNIR, mass spectrometers, etc., analytical technologies, commissioning & start-up services and installation requirements a plus will advantage
4. Good Understanding of Process Analyzer Systems, various principles of measurement and Sample handling systems.
5. Good Application & Market, Competition knowledge
6. Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Food Beverage, Life Science and Pharma
7. Ability to sustain customer relationship at level of key decision makers.
8. Have a good understanding of general process operations (e.g. recognize limitations of technologies, recognize competitive limitations, and recognize potential problems at a customer's plant).
9. Ability to be persistent and determined, and to handle rejection.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft office tools, CRM software (SFDC)
