- To coordinate with relevant team in groups to ensure accurate & timely deliveries
- Communication and feedback must occur in a prompt and efficient ways
- To minimize customer complaint & claims
- To handle all documentations
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service skills.
- Good skilled in customer interaction, account management and clear communication.
- Effective work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to use positive language
- Proficiency in English is a must.
