Training Lead
TOS ThailandRole Overview:
The Training Leader will develop and implement training programs aligned with ISO9001, API and Industry Standards, Fostering Safety, Quality and Operational Excellence. You'll manage training operations, collaborate with departments, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop training programs in line with ISO9001, API standards (Q1, Q2, 2C, 2D), API-U, LEEA, OPITO, and CID.
2. Lead and manage the training department, including budgeting and resource allocation.
3. Collaborate with departments to align training with operational needs.
4. Maintain and audit department policies and procedures
5. Represent TOS at Industry events.
6. Evaluate and improve training programs.
7. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in education, Training & Development, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, API standards, and training management software.
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC 700+preferred).
