Senior Construction Executive - McDonald's Branch

Develop and execute strategic plans for construction activities in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Identify potential development opportunities and assess feasibility for new restaurant construction or renovation projects.
Lead a team of construction managers and project coordinators to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Establish project budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with finance and accounting teams.
Monitor project expenses, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes throughout the construction process.
Implement safety protocols and risk management strategies to minimize accidents and liabilities.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
Proven experience of at least 7 years in construction management, preferably within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry or similar retail sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects concurrently, from conception to completion.
