Senior Sales Supervisor

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Identify and engage potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.

• Present and pitch training solutions to corporate clients, HR teams, and decision-makers.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate soft skills training programs.

• Provide ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Collaboration with Course Designers:

• Work closely with the Senior Course Designer to develop tailored training solutions that meet client requirements.

• Provide market and client feedback to the course development team to enhance offerings.

• Stay updated on new training trends and products to align with market demands.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

• Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics to the Sales Manager.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

• Analyze client feedback and training effectiveness to improve sales approaches.

5. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they achieve individual and team targets.

• Conduct sales training sessions for the team to enhance their skills in selling training courses.
