Responsibilities
- Assist and manage tasks assigned by the Executive and the Team Leaders
- Follow-up on pending assignments from the CEO.
- Handle and provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties/assignments
- Coordinate with other departments and external parties
- Taking responsibility of accounts both personal and corporate accounts.
- Make local and overseas travel arrangements for the Executive and the Team Leaders
- Book family holidays, restaurant, or social activities (where necessary).
- Help organize CEO personal matter such as expense claims, bill payments etc.
